Welcome to Transtec 360° (“the App”), operated by Transtec 360°(“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using Transtec 360°, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information We Collect
We collect information that is necessary to provide and improve our services. This includes:
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, job title, and organization name when you register an account.
- Profile Information: Profile photo and other details you choose to add to your profile.
- Employee & HR Data: Employment records, attendance data, leave requests, payroll information, and performance data entered into the system by authorized administrators.
- Communications: Messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Features accessed, pages viewed, time spent, and interactions within the App.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, crash reports, and performance data.
- Location Data: General location data derived from IP address. Precise GPS location is only collected if you explicitly grant permission for location-based features (e.g., attendance tracking).
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Single Sign-On (SSO): If you sign in using Google, Microsoft, or another SSO provider, we receive basic profile information (name, email) from that provider.
- Integrations: If your organization connects third-party productivity tools (e.g., calendar, payroll software), we may receive data from those integrations as authorized by your organization.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Data Retention

- HR and payroll data is retained as required by applicable labor laws (typically 5–7 years depending on jurisdiction).
- Usage logs and analytics are retained for up to 12 months.
- Support communications are retained for up to 3 years after resolution.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

App Permissions
Transtec 360° may request the following device permissions. All permissions are optional unless required for core functionality:

You can manage permissions at any time through your device’s Settings app. Revoking a permission may limit certain features.
Children's Privacy
Transtec 360° is intended for use by business professionals and employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under the applicable age, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@transtec360.com.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or other legally recognized mechanisms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by:
